Kevin Hart is out of the hospital and feeling great!
A source exclusively told Us Weekly that the comedian is in “great spirits and doesn’t need to be taking a lot of the pain medication.”
Spiel News..comreaders know the Night School actor, 40, was involved in a horrific car crash on September 1, which left with with serious back injuries that required surgery. This Wednesday, September 11, he was discharged from Northridge Hospital Medical Center in Los Angeles and taken to a physical rehabilitation facility to continue recovering from the procedure. The insider said Hart’s wife, Eniko Hart, was with him when he was transported.
Radar previously reported that Hart was in the car with his wife’s personal trainer, RebeccaBroxterman at the time of the accident. Broxterman’s fiancé, Jared S.Black, was driving.
The three were cruising down Cold Canyon Road on Hart’s 1970 Plymouth Barracuda when “Black immediately lost control of the vehicle and the Plymouth left the road and rolled over down the northern embankment,” according to the CHP report.
Hart and Black, 28, were transported to the hospital with severe back injuries, while Broxterman, 31, left the crash mostly untouched.
In a 911 call obtained by Radar, a female caller is pleading that someone come pick up Hart from his home. The woman said the comedian was in a car accident hours before and was “not coherent at all…he can’t move.”
While sources said Hart could face at least four months of physical therapy, it seems he’s already feeling good as new!
“Doctors have cautioned that he may need to stay longer,” the insider told the outlet. “The plan is for him to have a physical therapy aide living at the house when he is discharged.”
