Real Housewives of Atlanta cameras will be rolling on NeNe Leakes and her husband Gregg as he begins his fight against cancer RadarOnline.com exclusively learned.
“RHOA filming starts Monday,” an insider told Radar about the Season 11 schedule for the highest rated show in the Housewives franchise.
“Everything about NeNe and Gregg is going to be filmed for as long as they want.”
NeNe revealed the devastating news that her husband was diagnosed with cancer, explaining the situation on her Instagram page.
“Our New Normal and the fight begins #f**kcancer#mdandersoncancercenter #yougotthis#iloveyou,” she wrote.
The insider told Radar Bravo planned to show Gregg and NeNe’s lives as much as they’re allowed.
“NeNe can call the shots. If she wants Gregg and the situation filmed, it will happen. If she doesn’t and needs time that is fine with Bravo.”
Her dedication to the show was unwavering the source revealed.
“NeNe is a pro but she will do the right thing for her family first.”
The shocking news stunned friends and her former nemesis Kim Zolciak quickly buried the hatchet with her and reached out with kind words.
“Thank you so much to the ladies I work with and have worked with in the past for sending gifts, love and just good ole words of encouragement,” Nene wrote on her Instagram account.
On the second page of the post, the controversial star then went on to list her RHOA co-stars, saying, “and yes even @KimZolciak.”
Gregg’s previous health scares were a storyline on season 10 of RHOA and will continue when filming beings in mid-June.
